It is a minor character who first appears in episode Galactic Bonesmen Part 1. is one of the members of galactic society, in which Jay described him as the ugliest of all, when Jay destroys the mind control device, one of the girls pictured him as a handsome and beautiful man, but to be broken crystal saw him in his true appearance, feeling disgust.
